Edition 12.3
Octomore 12.3 is a single vintage, single field, single malt. Raised in Church Field on Octomore Farm by friend and farmer James Brown, this Islay grown barley has been trickle distilled through our tall narrow necked stills just two miles from where it was grown.
A SINGULAR MALT
This terroir-driven spirit took two separate journeys before being combined; 75% was filled into ex-American whiskey casks, while the remaining 25% spent five years maturing in genuine Pedro Ximenez Solera casks from Jerez bodega Fernando de Castilla.
This Islay barley spirit breathed slowly and delicately for five aged years, its salty citrus marine note resulting from the locale of where the barley was grown and our warehouses proximity to the sea. The Pedro Ximenez casks contribute sweet dried fruit notes which highlight the rich dry peat smoke of Octomore.
“THE DNA OF THIS SPIRIT AND THE UNIQUE SOUL OF THIS WHISKY IS OPEN FOR ALL TO SEE. TO HEAR THE STORY AND TO TASTE THE WHISKY IS TO IMMERSE YOURSELF IN A SINGLE VINTAGE FROM A SINGLE HARVEST, RAISED IN ONE FIELD.”

Our Octomore single malts have defied received whisky wisdom since they were first distilled in 2002. Sometimes bottled at five ears old, always super-heavily peated and bottled close to cask strength, Octomore’s surprising elegance has led us to define it as “The Impossible Equation”.

Edition 14.1
£116.67 59.6% ALC./VOL.
Distilled from 100% Scottish mainland barley and peated to 128.9 PPM, Octomore 14.1 is as youthful and dynamic as its predecessors.

Edition 14.2
£129.17 57.7% ALC./VOL.
Octomore 14.2 uses the same barley varietal and is malted to the same PPM as the 14.1, but the liquids diverge profoundly with the influence of wine and sherry casks on the 14.2 spirit.

Edition 14.3
£162.50 61.4% ALC./VOL.
Octomore 14.3 demonstrates the extraordinary pursuit of flavour when combining super-heavy peat with the variable local harvests from its island home.

Edition 13.1
£112.50 59.2% ALC./VOL.
Octomore 13.1 is as youthful and dynamic as its super-heavily peated predecessors. Distilled patiently from the 2015 harvest of 100% Scottish Mainland barley, this single malt is malted to a stratospheric 137.3 PPM and matured in the highest quality American oak casks.

Edition 13.2
£125.00 58.3% ALC./VOL.
Octomore 13.2 offers an alternative maturation to the structural brilliance delivered by its 13.1 counterpart. In an indulgent point of difference, the five-year-old spirit has spent its entire maturing life in Oloroso butts from Fernando de Castilla, Spain.

Edition 13.3
£158.33 61.1% ALC./VOL.
Octomore 13.3 demonstrates the phenomenal force of flavour when combining super-heavy peat with the variable harvests gathered from the island of Islay, raised by friend and farmer James Brown on one singular farm.

Edition 13.4
£141.67 61.6% ALC./VOL.
This limited edition Octomore 13.4 explores the astounding flavour produced when Octomore, the world’s most heavily peated spirit, is influenced by virgin oak – American virgin oak to be precise.
