Smashed Islay Lady

Ingredients:
  • Muddle together a Dram glass worth of Brambles with a handful of Pineapple Weed, Water Mint, Sea Buckthorn and Barberry Flowers
  • 50 ml Botanist Gin
  • 25 ml Cointreau
  • 2 tsp Tansy Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Method:

Shake and strain. Add three dashes of orange bitters. Garnish with Fuschia Flower and water mint.
