#LengthOfBritain - Tracking "End To End" Live

We will be tracking the progress of Phil Sharp and Sean Conway as they make their way from Lands End, on Britain's southwestern tip, up the west coast to John O'Groats in Scotland, the furthest point away on the UK mainland. Here Phil and Sean share some pre adventure thoughts on a video by Rebecca Linder.

Phil is currently (Friday 4th December 2015)  sailing the boat solo from Gosport to Falmouth (ETA of 19.00hrs tonight) on the south coast of England where Sean and Ally will join.

They anticipate starting the End to End on 6th-7th December 2015.  Given a good wind the passage should take around 60hrs.  Bruichladdich is supporting the attempt - and indeed hope to spot them as they pass Islay!

You can currently track Phil's progress to Falmouth using the live tracker below -  and then again as they attempt the End to End in the days to come.  Follow them on Twitter @Phil_Sharp_ and @Conway_Sean  #LengthOfBritain

They are raising funds for Brain Tumour Research and you can sponsor them here
