The interest in the unique Bruichladdich ‘Links’
range has caught the imagination of specialist wine and spirit retailers through
out the UK and the world in time for British Open Golf tournament to be held at
Troon this year.
The
Drinks Cellar’s eye-catching shop window display and in shop arrangement
features both the previous bottling of Links ‘Augusta’
and the newly released Links ‘Troon’
bottlings. Bruichladdich has clearly been given the biggest feature of any malt
owing to it’s unique presentation.
‘Links’
is a limited edition bottling of Bruichladdich, featuring on both the labels and
the tin, a painting by the celebrated golf course artist Graham Baxter.
Links
golf courses are natural, coastal courses that are the most challenging for any
professional player. A champion is only consider a true champion when he has won
the British Open – which, in homage to the birth of the game, is only played on
links courses. Bruichladdich, likewise, is natural, influenced by its coastal
