Customs and Overseas Duties

Please note that although we ship products to many countries around the world, certain countries have restrictions regarding the supply of products containing alcohol.

For this reason, we dispatch goods to some countries entirely at the risk of the customer and, although we maintain proof of shipment from our carrier (Royal Mail Parcel Force) and can provide a tracking number by e-mail for each shipment, we unfortunately, cannot guarantee delivery to certain worldwide locations.

Bruichladdich.com will not be liable for any goods which are held by customs authorities, the customer must organize the release of the goods. Refunds will only be given for goods which are returned safely and intact to Bruichladdich.com although the customer is liable for the return shipping costs or duties.
