Bruichladdich Distillery are proud winners of The Energy Institute Environment Award, 2011 for "Whisky waste to distillery power".

The winners of the 2011 Energy Institute (EI) Awards were announced at a ceremony in London on 17 November, hosted by physicist and BBC Science presenter, Prof Brian Cox OBE. The EI Awards recognise innovation and excellence amongst individuals and organisations working in the global energy sector.
