Hi Erich, I'll just field this one. The dates have to be fixed between the top bidder and me. I have quite a few other bookings for tours, but lots of gaps, as I do try not to do too many tours in a year and whenever it suits the top bidder and I am free, then we will head for Islay.
The Managers who have kindly offered us excellent tastings and tours, might not always, all, be on the island when we plan to come, but if not, will always ensure we still have the most amazing time at their distillery.
We will agree some dates with the winner of this tour and then check with everybody else involved - Bruichladdich for accommodation, Calmac for ferries, etc., to see it works and you will get the best possible visit to Islay.
Yes, the tour is for four people and the top bidder chooses the other three people to come with them. I hope that answers your questions, Erich. Michael will let you know when the auction will stop.

before I place my bid, I have some questions:
If I win, I can come together with 3 friends?
Ye can chose the date, or is it fixed?
When will the auction stop?

Thank you
Erich Bauer
